they’re not in order but the first one is I was in bibendum claw bossy cooked a dish for me in 2022 it was part of a huge tasty menu a beautiful lunch I had with my wife there it was stunning some kind of Witchcraft going on it was absolutely mind blown brought me to tears it was amazing second dish uh 1996 the restaurant Marco Pi white my wife took me there for my birthday she saved up for six1 to take me there I can remember every dish I had there in fact she can remember every Dish as well I had the pig strotter dish there Marco came to the table and it was amazing just food that was so confidently delivered utterly harmonious mind-blowing and then the last dish was my daughter cooked me an omelette when she was like six or seven and on her own stood there made an omelette for me brought it through to the living room and I was and I at it and I just thought wow it just felt amazing I’ve given my daughter the life skills to cook and that was a beautiful thing

Wow you’ve had Marco’s pig trotter, which he learned from the creator Pierre Koffman. That’s incredible!
This is an amazing answer that encompasses all the different reasons food can be moving. I also like how so many people who say they ate at Marco’s restaurants back when he was doing Michelin food say it was some of the best.

My admiration for Adam has grown exponentially since I began watching him over 12 x months ago, as has my appreciation for GR has over the years. Wether you like him or not, GR gets dunked on but like Adam he advocates an ambassador'y role in cooking. GR once said, Universities specialise in 1 x subject as an honorary role, take History or Geography? How far will it take you ? So far, yes ? But the essence of cooking is universal, it is indeed "a life long skill" required to survive.
