These Buffalo cauliflower bites are better than wings. Let me show you what goes into making this fan favorite recipe. For maximum crispness, we need to coat the cauliflower in a batter before frying. Coconut milk and franks give buffalo flavor and something for the dry ingredients to cling to. After tossing to coat, just fry them up until they’re golden. Then toss in a classic buffalo sauce and serve with your favorite dipping

  1. Being better is such a broad statement. Better how? Because the way it looks is ur still using batter and deep frying so I would say they are a good substitute if you do not want to eat chicken but I wouldn't say better.

  2. Can you do a video where random people taste test these and buffalo wings to verify the claim that they are indeed better?

  3. Better than buffalo wings? I'll tell you hwat, vegetarians cannot be trusted. Just the other day I caught one of them syphoning out fuel from our company truck.

  4. Hey ATK, I'm a huge fan, and I'm also allergic to almost all protein including animal sources. So I should be the the ideal candidate for this short…but like some others here, I wasn't fond of the unsupported "better" claim. I know you usually back up your claims with more info, so I'm hoping that will be in the full length video.

  6. Careful! As soon as you compare meat to anything vegetarian, you're going to summon a group of people who take this argument very seriously.

  7. No one eats wings for the chicken, it's about the coating and the sauce, so why not use cauliflower and cut the calories massively? Wings you can eat every week without getting fat!
