Months ago I combined Tabasco Scorpion with ranch (it is amazing – try it) and I recently had Thousand Island with a burger patty and forgot how good that dressing is on certain things. So I combined these and had it on tater tots tonight. It was tasty – not as good or as hot as the Scorpion Ranch. I am going to try it again tomorrow as the flavors combine together in the fridge overnight.
My only regret is that I probably could’ve bought a better brand of dressing. The Kraft Thousand Island I had that started this idea was very good.
I think this combo will be great on burgers, sandwiches, wraps, and fries.

Scorpion honey mustard is also damn good.

I haven’t tried that, but when I have Tabasco Scorpion, I do notice the pineapple flavor, and don’t think it goes with everything like some other sauces
