🌶️ Dinner: [Spicy meatball soup](https://www.bigoven.com/recipe/spicy-meatball-soup/2432482) from Gordon Ramsey’s Homecooking cookbook (8 servings) -Doubled the recipe and topped with diced jalapeño and cilantro at serving. Served with tortilla chips. Seriously one of the best soups ever!
🍫 Snack/pre-workout: [No-bake protein bars](https://tastesbetterfromscratch.com/protein-bars/) by Tastes Better from Scratch (12-16 bars depending how you want to slice them) -On repeat. Did mini chocolate chips and dried cranberries for my add-ins.
🥂 Extras: Spindrift Berry Belli-no sparkling water to enjoy after lunch, and Chobani yogurt for a nighttime snack

-Doubled the recipe and used chicken sausage. Topped with shredded cheese and some hot sauce at serving. Eaten alongside Chobani zero sugar added Greek yogurt
