Spicy shrimp scampy in 40 seconds. I toss the shrimp in a little garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and a little chili powder. And just toss it like a boss. A little olive oil. And then I cook the shrimp in about a tablespoon of butter, 2 minutes on each side. And when I flip them over, I add my diced shallots and my chili flake. You’ll notice that those will delaze your pan and get all those little stuck bits into the sauce. Let’s add the chopped garlic. Cook for about 10 seconds. And then little fresh squeeze of lemon and some white wine. And let’s not forget the butter and chopped parsley. This is when the sauce starts to get life. Looking good. Let’s add our cooked linguini in there. Bring it up to a turn and do a fresh squeeze of lemon. And never forget to add your parmesan. Scampy is one of my favorite pastas to do. Super simple and really bold. Mjam.

Thought the screen was black and white for a moment, but then the colour came back and I realised that I was looking at raw shrimp meat, not a black and white filter. The process felt like watching art I swear.
