That’s appenzeller, a Swiss alpine style. Awesome for melting! Good snack with tart apples

Appenzeller. I’d eat it as is room temp with nothing else but that’s bc I really f with alpine cheeses. It’s also great in fondue or any other traditional alpine dishes.

Some red wine, not too strong (Spanish or Portuguese), more subtle (German or East French) is a good company
