I got this as a gift. Really not sure what cheese it is or what to pair it with. You guys have any suggestions?

    That’s appenzeller, a Swiss alpine style. Awesome for melting! Good snack with tart apples

    Appenzeller. I’d eat it as is room temp with nothing else but that’s bc I really f with alpine cheeses. It’s also great in fondue or any other traditional alpine dishes.
