Hi, y’all. Happy Sunday. I hope everybody’s had a fabulous weekend. Sunday, it’s three o’clock here. But, y’all, this is such a good recipe. Welcome back to Misty’s Pleasures of Life and Good Country Cookin’, y’all and of course, everything in between. Y’all know it. Y’all know it. Y’all, this recipe is so simple, so easy. There’s so many ways you can do it, but I say mine is the best. Let’s make an easy egg salad, y’all. Let’s do it. In Misty’s kitchen, the warmth fills the air. With laughter and love, it’s a place we all share. Recipes passed down through the years. A sprinkle of joy mixed with our tears. Gather round, let the good times roll. Home cooking magic, it feeds the soul. From pies to stews, every bite’s a delight. At Misty’s pleasures, everything feels right. Now, y’all, we have our Kentucky Gold Ham diced right here. We have some onion, which I’m gonna dice some more and we have some celery, mustard… mayonnaise. Hellmann’s is my favorite with the olive oil. We have some sweet pickle relish. And of course, we have our eggs and we have some sugar. So, y’all, let me chop up some more onion and some more celery and I’ll be right back. All right, y’all. I do want to tell you, and, and I’m not being… This is not a paid advertisement or anything like that. If you do not have one of these, definitely get you one. I got mine on Amazon. I love it. It’s amazing. It saves so much time. So we’re gonna take our egg and we’re gonna lay our egg in here, and then we’re just gonna press this down. You see that? How easy that is? Nice and sliced and ready to go. And then we’re gonna just drop it right on in that bowl. Fantastic, huh? It is fantastic. So we got seven eggs we have to do. This is the best little thing anybody could’ve ever invented in the world. I love it. And if you wanna eat a boiled egg and you wanna slice it, now, you know, it’s perfect. All I gotta do is mush it up with a fork. Oopsie. And then just dump it into the bowl. All right, that’s all our egg that we have right there. Now, just using a fork, we’re going to mash this some more. All right, I’m gonna add some salt, some white Mediterranean salt. And I’m gonna add some coarse ground black pepper. Now, we’re gonna go ahead and add one-third cup of mayonnaise. And, of course, I would drop some. Leave it to me. And if I want more mayonnaise, I will add more mayonnaise. So right now, we’re just gonna do one-third cup. But yeah, Hellmann’s is my favorite mayonnaise. So I’m gonna stir that in. Now, you can use spicy brown mustard. I don’t like that mustard. I just use regular mustard. So we’re gonna add some mustard. Now I am going to add, to start off, two two teaspoons of granulated sugar and mix that in Now I’m gonna add in a little smoked paprika And we’re gonna do two teaspoons of sweet pickle relish, heaping. And mix that up And now I’m gonna add all our other ingredients we chopped up: our onion, our ham, and our celery.
