Better than pizza. Hello everyone. Today I made ground beef flatbread that melts in your mouth. I took two cups of warm water, half a tea glass of oil, 3 tablesp of yogurt, 1 tbsp each of salt and sugar, and half a packet of fresh yeast into a bowl and mix them. After adding as much flour as it takes and kneading well, I let it rise for 30 to 40 minutes. Then for the filling, I added 350 gram of ground meat, onion, peeled tomato, parsley, red pepper, tomato paste, and my spices along with half a tea glass of oil and kneaded it this way. After shaping my dough into balls and rolling them out, I placed them on the tray lined with parchment paper. After spreading the minced meat filling on top like this, I folded the edges and applied my egg yolk and all mixture. In this way, I baked it at 180° until the top was golden. After baking, I grated some cheddar cheese and put it back in the oven until the cheese melted. Enjoy to everyone who tries
