


My method this time on a Timberline 1300 Kirkland Signature blend pellets: Trimmed off the small ends (2-3 lil’ ribs) to square and went 275° unwrapped the whole way until around 203° spritzing w/ apple cider vinegar mixed 50/50 w/ apple juice every hour (about 4 hours to finish). Used Meat Church’s Texas Sugar rub … incredible! Smoked a pichana and Mac n’ cheese…
