…But if you’re like me and your “mushroom skills” stop at buying them from the store, you’re going to love this recipe 😅
Light stuffed mushrooms with spinach, cream cheese, and mozzarella — quick, easy, and absolutely delicious ❤️
🛒 You’ll need:
✅ 7 large mushrooms
✅ Olive oil
✅ 1 garlic clove
✅ A big handful of spinach
✅ Salt & black pepper
✅ 2 tbsp cream cheese
✅ 50 g shredded mozzarella + extra for topping
➡️ Clean the mushrooms, remove the stems, and scoop out the caps.
➡️ Chop the stems into small pieces and sauté them in a pan with oil.
➡️ Add the spinach, salt, and pepper, then finish with the cream cheese.
➡️ Transfer the mixture to a bowl, mix in the shredded mozzarella, and fill the mushroom caps.
➡️ Place them in a baking dish and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20-25 minutes.
