Bayou Burger,Winking Lizard Tavern.

Now…..aside from the Cajun spices they season the burger with,not sure what mozzarella cheese and grilled mushrooms have to do with Cajun. It's served on a Brioche bun,though.

Despite that,this burger was very juicy! I ordered it the doneness at medium, looks like medium rare-ish,but I wolfed it down and it was tasty! Pretty juicy too.

Though they call the fries "steak cut",they're more like thick straight cut fries. Still,good on their own,they stay crisp,and I was dipping them them in Winking Lizard's bbq sauce they have a bottle of at every table (along with their ketchup, and McCormick salt and pepper grinder bottles). Their bbq sauce (my opinion) has a peppery savory thing going on. Went well with the fries!
