Miso Tonkotsu Ramen with Smoked Char Siu pork (Homemade)
Everything except the noodles are from scratch. Tonkostu broth boiled for 11 hours, pork steaks smoked for 5 hours then glazed, served with scallions, Ajitsuke Tamago (marinated egg), burnt garlic sesame oil, and wood ear mushrooms.

I just recently went to a japanese revolving sushi bar and got some spicy miso ramen. the pork looked nothing like yours. This looks amazing.
