Who said men can’t be in the kitchen? Who said men can’t be in the kitchen? I’m back today and I wanted some chicken parm. So, I knew a boy that could throw in some chicken bomb. Yep, you know who it is. Yours truly. I’m back with some chicken breast. I’m going to take y’all through how to make this baby. So, what you’re going to do is you’re going to grab the full chicken breast, cut it in half. Stop buying the thin chicken breast. That’s not how you do it. You get it like the big kind cut in half. That’s how you get a real nice thick cutlet. Next, you’re going to get some allpurpose flour. Get that going. Get you some bread crumbs. You’re going to crack about two eggs. If you’re making four pieces, you’ll need about four eggs. After you get that done, you’re going to beat that up a little bit. Get a little get that yolk going. So, you got your breadcrumbs, you got your chicken, you got your flour, you got your eggs. That’s your base. Next, you’re going to start on your marinara sauce, right? You got to put this thing on the timing thing. You know, you’re going to start seasoning your flour. Get you some adobo. Get you some pepper, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, para, some basil. You’re going to put that in the flour. Now, the Parmesan cheese only goes in the breadcrumbs. Don’t be mixing that with the flour. You’re going to yolk up some chicken breast. You’re going to start flouring that up. Get that nice coat going. You’re going to put it back in the uh back in the eggs. Put it into the breaded crumbs. You’re going to check on your uh sauce there. You’re going to put some oil in the pan. Let that get all nice and hot hot. Start on your pasta. I like to add a little oil, a little salt. Get that pasta rolling. You’re going to break a stack in half. Break a stack in half. Boom. Bam. Throw it in the pot. Break another stack. While you’re at it, throw it in the pot. Now, it’s time to lay these babies. So, we’re going to lay that nice chicken breast coated. Two per pan is fine. Don’t overdo it. You want it to cook evenly. Now, it is really hot and they cook very quick because the chicken breast is thin. So, you got to get to it quick. It’s going to be a little crispy. I like mine a little crispy. And voila. That’s some chicken parm for you. Wait, we not the best. She have to come spaghetti test. Okay, it passed. If it don’t stick to the fridge, it don’t pass. Pull that marinara sauce out with the cheese and let’s coat this baby. Let’s coat this baby. Oh my gosh. Look at that. Beautiful. Let’s turn and plate it up. Plate it up. You get your pasta. Add your sauce. Add your chicken on top. And boom. What you think, little man? What you think, little man? Hey.
