"2.5lbs riced cauliflower
1lb baked whitefish with olive oil and various seasonings
1 can waterchestnuts,
An amount of slivered almonds
1 white onion, diced

Bake fish
Put all veg in pot and heat. Riced cauliflour has a lot of liquid
Steam veg

Once fish done, add to veg pot, mix thoroughly

Season, maybe with some lemon

Serve hot, or let cool abd portion for meal prep"

Im fairly confident this is decently low calorie due to utilizing the riced cauliflower instead of a rice.

The waterchestnuts and almonds are for texture. There is no cauliflower smell if you use frozen riced cauliflower.
