

I used to be a person who HATED breakfast and then wondered why I snack so much and why I am always hungry until i discovered ~fun~ breakfasts.
My recent obsession is yogurt + shot of espresso + a scoop of protein powder as a base and then whatever fruit I have on hand as a topping, today it is figs
This totals to ~300 kcal and 40g protein

omg same i started doing that with my chocolate protein powder, banana and skyr.
you gotta try putting some flavoured mini rice crackers as crumble on top. it’s amazing and mostly under 10 cal
