The cake itself is funfetti with a vanilla swiss meringue buttercream!
I made 3 types of treats for on top – the big swirly lollies and blobs are made out of meringue cookies (they taste like Lucky Charms marshmallows), the pink suckers are raspberry flavoured isomalt, and the sprinkle ones are done with wafer melts 🙂
