I made a baked ziti with the ricotta that was left over from my spinach and artichoke stuffed shells. This is so much easier. All we’re doing here is a layer of sauce, a layer of noodles, a layer of cheese, a layer of sauce, a layer of noodles, a layer of cheese, and when I get to the end, I sprinkle it with some toss it in my air fryer at 350 for 10 minutes.
