Bread flour 22 oz 625 g.
Whole wheat flour 4 oz 125 g.
Water 14 oz 435 g.
Yeast, intant. 0,4 oz 10 g.
Salt 0.5 oz 15 g.
Sugar 0.67 oz 22 g.
Yogurt, plain low-fat 3 oz 90 g.
Oil, olive oil 1 oz 30 g.

Bake on oven hearth or dry sheet pans at
500°F (260°C) until lightly golden around edges, about 5 minutes. Do not overbake, or the pitas will be dry and stiff. They should be soft when cool.
