Their location in NYC. I was afraid it couldn’t possibly live up to the hype but I get it. Fucking awesome burger. They aren’t reinventing the wheel- just making the best damn wheel possible. Fries 8/10.

How was the bacon? This looks as thick as a beef patty, and chewy rather than crispy. I’ve rarely seen bacon and said “get it off that burger now”, but that’s my instinct here.

If you go to Au Cheval, get the bacon and egg on it. It’s incredible.
If you don’t like both/either, Small Cheval is basically the same thing/just as good, cheaper and easier to get.
