Bought some seeds on Scoville Canada, they were supposed to be Biquinho Black peppers but clearly aren’t. Some of the seeds actually turned into real Biquinho (quite mild) but those felt like the heat of a rocoto pepper. It did feel like having my tongue sliced open and getting vinegar poured on the inside. The stem is the same on both peppers, the leaves were exactly the same but this one is clearly and hybrid. Any idea on what they could be?

No clue but they are beautiful!
Maybe it’s just an unstable strain of Biquinho?
I’d say taste them. I had some I grew. I didn’t know what they were and I didn’t taste them for fear burn my tongue off.
Those look like the licorice snaps from the 4th Harry Potter movie. How do they taste?
The second pic is black biquinho. The first might be some sort of purple tiger?? I dunno haha best guess.
Bixinho or Roxa shape
Pic 1 – Closest thing I’ve grown that looks similar is Purple Murupi. Yours look a little girthier than what I grew, but similar coloring and bulby shape.
Pic 2 def looks like Biquinho Black. Maybe an extra hot variety?
The purple one looks to be Pimenta Da Neyde.
The black one I’ve no clue – Can’t remember seeing a black one with that shape before.
