For last night's dinner, I seasoned four red snappers on the outside with salt, pepper, and finely chopped garlic. Inside, I added garlic, onions, sliced lemon, and dill. I cooked them for 10 minutes per side directly on the charcoal with the lid closed, and I also added lemon juice during the cooking.
