Not a lot of protein in this meal (23.5g) but it was VERY filling.

If you’d like a version with more protein, just switch out the baloney for turkey or chicken ham. You could also replace one rice cake with an extra egg, which would add around 6g of protein for only 38-40 extra calories. Also, if you want to cut out some calories, you can drop the butter. I didn’t pay a lot of attention to the protein because simply being in a deficit works for me, but I know that protein content is important to others.

**EDIT 2:** My brain is NOT mathing today. It’s 454 calories, not 545 calories!!!! Unfortunately it won’t let me edit the title. 🙁
