First attempt at sliced pork butt.
Killer Hog rub with mustard binder overnight.
Smoked at 225 until about 170F.
cranked it up to 300 and took the meat out at about 185F.

It was delicious and juicy. I honestly prefer it to pulled pork. I worked at a bbq restaurant as a teenager and it reminds me of the sliced pork option they had.
