    Recipe:

    Prep:
    Preheat oven to 400f, cut and season salmon, chop ends off asparagus, smash garlic

    Salmon
    1. Slice salmon in even pieces, deskin if needed, pat dry, season both sides with salt and pepper
    2. Heat olive oil in pan, 3tbsp
    4. Cook salmon until golden and flaky, 3-5mins per side, don’t over cook
    5. Remove salmon, add 2tbsp butter and head of garlic smashed
    6. Add 1/4 cup veggie stock and 1/4cup heavy cream and let simmer
    7. When boiling add freshly chopped dill and return salmon letting simmer a few minutes
    8. For plating, add sauce to a plate or bowl, then salmon then drizzle more sauce over

    Asparagus:
    1. Place prepped asparagus in an even lair on a baking sheet, drizzle oil s&p, you can add any seasonings you like
    2. Roast asparagus in oven for 8-12 mins depending on thickness and desired tenderness, I like soft and did 12 mins.
