Incorporating fish into your weekly menu is a brilliant move, with salmon being a standout choice due to its rich supply of heart-friendly omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants. However, eating a simple piece of seared, baked, or grilled salmon can become monotonous over time.

The key to creating that mouthwatering salmon you’re yearning for lies in the seasonings.

One culinary expert has revealed her go-to recipe for “juicy” salmon on Simply Recipes, which takes less than 20 minutes. Even better, you only need one primary ingredient to infuse the fish with a ton of flavor.

After trying “so many recipes” throughout the years, culinary expert Jessica Furniss has discovered her “all-time favorite way to make salmon”, and it’s “simple” – it’s a Mediterranean-inspired recipe.

All you require are salmon fillets and store-bought Greek dressing for the “juiciest, most flavor-packed” salmon.

One of the best parts about this recipe is that it can be whipped up in less than 20 minutes.

After slathering Greek dressing onto the salmon fillets, let them marinate in the refrigerator for five minutes.

DON’T MISS…

Fish is softer compared to other meats, and it can become mushy if marinated for too long. Jessica prefers a five-minute marinade to ensure the salmon stays “tender and flaky.”

While the fish is marinating, lightly oil a baking tray and preheat it in the oven.

For “crunchy, crispy skin”, add a tablespoon of oil to the baking tray and let it heat in the oven for five minutes before placing the salmon on it.

Then, lay the fish (skin-side down) onto the hot, oiled baking tray and bake it for 12 to 13 minutes. To achieve a more sophisticated crust on top, switch your oven to the broil setting during the final three minutes.
