Trying out Anna Paul’s viral turkish pasta
I’ve been seeing Anna Paul’s viral Turkish pasta everywhere on my FYP, so we had to give it a try. I don’t usually do full voiceover videos, but to be completely honest, both of my kids cried and fussed pretty much the entire day. So, in the background of all of these clips is a child crying, and I don’t want to put that on the internet. So, we are just going to talk through this. I would consider this recipe super simple, but you are going to use three burners at a time, which is kind of a lot in my opinion. So, I started by boiling some bow tie pasta. And then in the skillet you’re seeing, I have Impossible Meat. Anna uses ground beef, but my husband doesn’t eat ground beef. So, you know, making a major swap. I know you guys hate it. So, I season that just like Anna Paul does with the curry, with the onion powder, with the black pepper. And here I am making the garlic sauce. This is Greek yogurt with salt and just minced garlic. It’s It’s just a lot more mellow of a flavor than what I was expecting. So to plate this up, you just layer the pasta and then the garlic yogurt sauce, then the meat and the onions. And then I drizzled Oh, I drizzled that paprika butter on the top. And then very end, we sprinkle it with parsley and chopped cherry tomatoes. And you can see by my husband’s face in this, he’s like kind of confused. He told me it’s too many flavors and textures all in one bowl. Overall, didn’t love this one. I won’t be making it again. And gosh, I’m really disappointed because it really looks like something I would really like, but I

I’ve never liked ground beef. We use ground turkey and it’s so good!
I totally get switching out proteins based on dietary needs/preferences. Interesting recipe to try!
