    Looks awesome just, soupy? Did you follow a recipe? It should be more tofu with sauce than soup with tofu

    Also who cares?? If it is tasty flop over rice and carry on

    As others replied, ‘jorim’ means ‘braising’ so it should be less soupy

    Since you asked, it is my humble criticism.
    Normally Korean don’t put paprika in their Dubujorim. We put onion to get some sweetness. I imagine that the paprika taste may not blend into the Jorim. You can add one or two pinches of sugar, though. Try grind or smash the sesami seeds and add them before it is served. And reduce the soup until the volume decrease to 1/4or less.
