My humble improvisation based on a classic of french cuisine.

🥗 Ingredients:

• 3 lettuce leaves
• ½ avocado
• 1½ cucumbers
• 1 tomato
• ⅓ onion
• 2 sprigs of parsley
• 2 cans of tuna in oil
• ½ tablespoon of mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon of mustard
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil
• 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
• ½ teaspoon of paprika
• 1 boiled egg

🧑‍🍳 Preparation:

1. In a salad bowl, add the tuna, tomato, onion, chopped parsley, and anchovies with a small spoon.
2. In another bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix until the texture is smooth and even. Then add the paprika powder.
3. If the vinegar seems too thick, you can add a spoonful of water to lighten it.
4. Season with a pinch of salt and fine black pepper to taste.
