I haven’t had that brand; even the tin looks expensive, nonetheless, cod liver is amazingly delicious. I sometimes smash it into my salmon or tuna salad to add more flavor to the salads. My favorite to eat it is right out of the tin. 😋😋😋😋

I used to get a different brand from a friend who worked at the canning factory when I lived in Iceland.
It’s not for everyone, but hot damn, put that on some crusty toast and I was in heaven.

I’m a big fan of this, I found a box of 10 on amazon for around £30. I have it as a supplement every month or so for a megadose of omega 3, but as others have mentioned you shouldn’t have it very regularly because of the large amount of Vitamin A
