6 chicken beasts (I cooked and shredded them separately)
6 cups water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 pound frozen corn
2 cans back beans, drained and rinsed
2 cans Rotel
2 blocks cream cheese (I used neufchatel)
Taco seasoning
Chili powder
Sour cream (couple of scoops)

Throw it in and let it go. There are a bunch of recipes like this, this is just how I did it today. Can't go wrong.

    Does the sour cream seperate when you cook it or are you adding it after the main cooking is done?
