I have surgery Friday so I wanted to make sure I had meals prepared while I recovered. Meals are:
1) Honey Garlic Shrimp with steamed broccoli and brown rice.

2)Meatloaf cups with Homemade Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli Normandy OR Steamed Carrots.

3)Turkey Stroganoff with Steamed Baby Carrots

4) Fried Chicken with Baked Macaroni and Cheese with Slow Cooked Collard Greens.

5) Slow Cooker Turkey Chili with Steamed Green Beans and Homemade Sweet Cornbread Muffins.

6) Power Cakes Waffle Breakfast Sandwices. Made with homemade waffles, sausage patty, and American cheese.

7)Homemade Banana Pudding.

    [Honey Garlic Shrimp Recipe (Tasty)](https://HoneyGarlicShrimpStir-FrybyTastyhttps://tasty.co/recipe/honey-garlic-shrimp-stir-fry)

[Mashed Potatoes Recipe(Tasty) ](https://CreamiestMashedPotatoesbyTastyhttps://tasty.co/recipe/creamiest-mashed-potatoes) – I added an extra stick of unsalted butter and extra chives.

[Stroganoff Recipe (Tasty)](https://One-PotGroundBeefStroganoffbyTastyhttps://tasty.co/recipe/one-pot-ground-beef-stroganoff) – I substituted 1lb of ground Turkey instead of beef.

[Turkey Chili Recipe (Tasty)](https://SlowCookerTurkeyChiliWithCornbreadDumplingsbyTastyhttps://tasty.co/recipe/slow-cooker-turkey-chili-with-cornbread-dumplings) I made cornbread muffins instead of making dumplings

[Cornbread Recipe](https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/17891/golden-sweet-cornbread/) – I used unsweetened almond milk and I only used 1/4 cup of oil, recommend following the recipe.

[Banana Pudding Recipe](https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/22749/the-best-banana-pudding/) – I doubled the recipe and only used five cups of almond milk and one can of sweetened condensed milk. I also used two 5.1 oz boxes of instant banana pudding. I folded about 8 oz of the whipped topping into the pudding and made layers with the pudding, bananas, whipped topping, and wafers. I only used 7 bananas but I don’t like lots of bananas and actually ran out of banana towards the last three puddings.

[Slow Cooker Collard Greens Recipe](https://www.reddit.com/r/slowcooking/s/jcNmRjFukg) – This time instead of using chicken bouillon I added five packets of Goya Jamon Seasoning. I also omitted adding a spoonful of bacon grease.

  8. Congratulations!!!! Best of luck on the surgery. Do you also have a stash of easy to digest food for the first few days? Like just the rice or potatoes, applesauce, yogurt, etc?

Are you freezing most of these? Does the shrimp and stroganoff reheat well?
