How to make Tuscan Panzanella Salad #shorts #italianfood
The focaccia, and celery make this a Tuscan recipe. It’s easy and a really good summer salad.
The proportions are up to you and can be made for one salad, or for a large group of people.
Dice some celery, and red onion. Chop a handful of parsley. Chop cucumbers and tomatoes into large pieces and tear some focaccia. The soft focaccia will absorb the flavors of the vegetables and the dressing. To make the dressing mix 1/4 cup of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar with salt and pepper to your taste and 1/2 teaspoon of oregano. Shake it to combine and pour over the salad then toss.
