Louisiana serves a purpose. It’s a fine vinegar based hot sauce that’s going to really give you more flavor than spice. It’s my go-to when I wanna amp up biscuits and gravy but it’s nothing special.

Like most Louisiana style sauces it’s intended to be used with very heavy starchy foods, where the vinegar is as important as the heat, the acidity helps to cut those heavier flavors, and adds some balance to their dishes

I love hot food but if I’m being honest I know Jack shit about good hot sauces other than sriracha or Tabasco sauce anyone got any recommendations for me? I like it hot but not North Carolina reaper hot just something that’ll clear my sinuses

It’s great but it’s not hot by any means. Sometimes you need a dash of pepper flavored acid and this delivers.
I prefer crystal sauce however.
