I cooked this for tonight (and tomorrow, hence the needing help) and whilst nice, it is a very cloying and heavy sticky peanut taste. Anyone any tips on how to ease that with tomorrow's portion, that's already cooked and plated?

  1. Ugh. I wish I had this item as an option. Is this a sauce? My gut says try adding more acid (rice vinegar would be my choice) and soy sauce (and possibly some sugar but the sticky seems to indicate maybe it’s already sweet) to dilute the peanut taste. And if the heavy/sticky descriptors also indicate the sauce is thick then it would also thin that out.

    Definitely add some acid. I would also add some hot sauce or chili sauce etc just to cut it even further.
