    what rubs do you use. im looking to find a new smokey one. i use smokey qs rubs at the moment and theyre very smokey and texan taste just looking to diversify

    Did you go hot and fast?
    I’ve tried to do jerk variety of smoked products and low and slow seems to mellow out the jerk to the point it’s hard to tell it’s there.
    Compensated a bit by reapplying some marinade towards the end, but still not exactly what I was looking for.
