What is the main diff between Durango style burrito and other styles?

I made this burrito recipe and it's absolutely amazing. It is written originally in Mexican Spanish (didn't mean to offend anyone) and translated so I'm sure it's authentic but I'm wondering what does Durango style differ from others? and which style is your favorite to try it next. Burrito is my new thing!!
