CLEARFIELD- While a few of the participants are still fine tuning their presentations, a “sneak-peek” menu has been released for the upcoming event on October 18 at the Clearfield VFW.
The event begins at 6:00 pm with all of our men offering generous samplings of their specialties. Attendees vote for their favorite dishes via tips to decide the winners and raise money for local Veteran’s programs.
This year’s group of men will dazzle attendees with their cooking skills and these specialties:
Sheriff Churner’s Smokin’ Beef Brisket, French Onion Potatoes, White Hot Chicken Chili, Pulled Pork BBQ Pizza, McKenna’s Fried Chicken, Buttery Whipped Potatoes with Herb Brown Gravy, Pasta, Southern Seafood Gumbo with Rice, Cheesy Bacon Mashed Potatoes, the Cheesiest Macaroni and Cheese, Homemade Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge and a Variety of Award-winning Desserts.
Over $500 in door prizes will be given away and several special items will be up for auction. Tickets are just $20 and can be purchased at The After Dark and the Clearfield VFW or online here.
Meet the Men:
