Need some advice on what I can do with this. Details below.

Had my wife do the grocery order and she picked these up because they were on sale.

Trouble is, my experience with pork is just chops. We live in an apartment and just have an oven, no grill or smoker allowed on the back porch.

I usually just get a big pork loin I portion into chops for us throughout the week as it's just the two of us, so I'm a bit out of league here lol

Looking for advice on how to cook these. Any tips are appreciated.
