I had the five-course lunch menu at Septime in Paris and absolutely loved the experience. The food was creative, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish felt thoughtful and perfectly balanced.
I ordered two wines by the glass, one white and one orange, and both were excellent and paired really well with the food.
The restaurant itself has a great vibe, elegant but relaxed, and the staff were wonderful: friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do.
Overall, it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Paris. Highly recommend!

I went there about a year ago on my first and only trip to paris. Agree with your description, elegant but relaxed, which is such a valuable balance.

I don’t go there anymore as it’s all tourists unfortunately
