My latest sauce, I think it’s pretty damn good:
470g fermented sugar rush peach
150g fermented habanero
190g orange bell pepper
15g fermented garlic
50g fresh garlic
1/4 cup homemade peach preserves
25g Fresh grated ginger
8oz Apple cider vinegar
4oz wild turkey 101 bourbon
1/2 tsp citric acid
1/4 tsp xanthan gum

Blended in Vitamix
Pasteurized
PH = 3.2
