Ichirin Hanare is a beautiful, modern Sichuan restaurant in the picturesque town of Kamakura, Japan, offering a true feast for both the palate and the eyes.
The service was exceptional: warm, engaging, and impressively attentive, even providing translations of the dishes into my native language, Hungarian.
I asked for more authentic Sichuan spicyness, got a beautiful chili oil to fine tune the dishes for myself.
Many favorites, but the signature ‘drool chicken’ served in 3 steps was amazing, after the chicken you dip a gyoza in the left over sauce, then you get noodles to finish it. (I finished the sauce way too early, it was so delicious, so I received a second serving of it)
Also the Sichuan lamb chop was stunning.

Looks like a great meal. Now this restaurant has popped up twice on my socials in a week.
