You want to lose fat, but you love eating big, delicious, carby meals? Well, guess what, Susan? You can have both. You’ve probably seen the viral cottage cheese wrap, but just in case you haven’t, here’s how I make it and how I stuff it for a super freaking easy high protein dinner. 1% cottage cheese into blender. 225 g. One egg. Two egg. And Bob’s your uncle. Little bit of salt. Bit of garlic powder. I’ve even put grated parmesan in there. Bada bing, bada boom. It worked. Blend it. You got to hit it from the back. Blend it just till it’s smooth. Don’t make it runny. I start pouring from the center and working my way around. You don’t want it to get too thin. Take it. Here we go. Keep drawing the circle around. And now, very gently, I kind of press it out to the side in the shape of like a flatbread. But just be careful. I’ve made the mistake of just going too thin. Oven’s at 350. I’m going to throw it in for roughly 25 minutes. We’ll see how we go. All right, it was about 30 or so minutes. Give it about 5 minutes to cool down before you rip it off because I get excited and then I ripped it before. Like now, here’s how I’m stuffing it tonight. Because it already has 37 g of protein, you don’t even need to add meat, but you totally can. But tonight, I’m lazy. So, let’s stuff. I wanted some more healthy fat, so I’ve got the Pecarino Romano, baby. Some freshness with some cherry tomatoes. We going real lazy with the turkey bacon. And no meal of mine is complete without squash. I forgot you want to start it at the end so you can roll it. I’m a dumbass. All right, fine. I’ll add some of my mom’s homemade pesto. Again, little goes a long way, but like I said, the beauty about this wrap is that most of the protein is all in the wrap, so you can just stuff it with veggies or healthy fats, whatever you want, and it be a balanced meal. Call me the sandwich artist at Subway. [Music] All those years I ate egg whites and mustard, I could have been eating this. Give it a go. I think this is going to be in your rotation.

I just made this for the first time and it was too thick for a pliable wrap but PERFECT for a 'pizza crust'. Tastes wonderful. I added a tbsp stone ground mustard just for the heck of it.
I would fry it like an omelette. Much faster.
