Calabrian Chili Lumache with Jimmy Nardello peppers, pepperoncini, pecorino and parsley
I had a pasta (maccheroni alla mugnaia) with these ingredients at a restaurant recently so tried to reverse engineer it. Came up with a cross between aglio e olio and cacio e pepe methods. Feels like i got pretty close.
