    Where (city) did you have the fried shrimps in the last picture? I’m from Hiroshima and we used to eat boiled fresh shrimps about the same size as those. Only available during the limited season.

    I must say the pizzas look great as well as everything else!

    13. Umami Pizza at Marumo. Dried shiitake mushroom cream sauce, mozzarella, pecorino, mackerel, peppered with bonito flakes, konbu, green onion, sesame and soy sauce.
