I’ve seen a lot of sushi pics from South America looking this way. Is this from there as well? Most the swiggly white cream cheese, the large portions of salmon, etc

Philly Roll is bad enough but that amount of cream cheese *on nigiri* is so gross to me 🤢
I would consider trying the roll with that small smear of cc though haha

While the cream cheese nigiri wouldn’t be my go to, don’t people/Jewish people love cream cheese and smoked salmon on their bagels and junk? I’m not a fan of lox? Smoked salmon. I’d rather eat the creamed nigiri, lol. Doesn’t seem that weird.
