It’s fast, fresh, and comforting. This is the angel hair pasta I grew up with in Italy, and you can make it in 15 minutes. Extravirgin olive oil, cherry tomatoes, red pepper flakes, and garlic. Just the basics, but big flavor. Let them transform into a creamy sauce. Cook angel hair or capellini in salted water. And remember to reserve some pasta water before draining. Now, toss it all together with a splash of pasta water, fresh basil, and parmesan. It’s silky, light. It’s one of our favorite pasta dishes. Easy, right?
