I live in an apartment, so yeah. I was thinking dry rub, then roast low and slow for a few hours wrapped in foil. Then slather with BBQ sauce and broil for a bit. Any advice would be appreciated though! First time trying pork ribs

I love doing them party style. Slice them up so they are in individual sections of bone, rub generously with seasoning, put in a tin foil pan covered and bake at 275-300 for around 2 hours, then I pour the grease from the pan into a container to toss later, leave the tinfoil off and add sauce if you like sauce and cook at 350 for another 30-45 min. Time and temp varies depending on weather and such. This was 4 different kinds of seasoning and ribs. They freeze well and you can just eat them cold too
