Found two Bovista the size of my head and two
the size of my fist.

~18 kcals per 100 g, almost no carbs

Cleaned, blanched and substituted them for pizza crusts and lasagna sheets. Made three super filling meals
Put just my favorite low cal cheeses and meats and veggies on it and baked around
