My dad got it the day before yesterday in a sandwich, took out the ham and brought it home to give the dog because the family is vegetarian. I wanna try it though, it’s been in this package in the fridge for that long. Doesn’t smell weird. If it isn’t expired can I eat it raw?

if there aren’t any funky smells most likely, the high sodium content makes it decently resilient to bacteria
It’s fine as long as it’s not slimy.
If it’s sticky and smells it’s bad.
