We go with extra virgin olive oil to not burn the basil and this helps to cook the pizza. Pinch the pizza finger under and then slide the peel under. We make the pizza big. We make sure that we have the right flame. We put the pizza one shot in the oven. Boom. And we cook it for about 1 minute. Voila. The pizza is ready. Now we give a little chesh. It’s soft and it’s crunchy. The final texture. Extra virgin olive oil on the crust. We put this little basil on top. The pizza style. It’s ready.
